Our fees are calculated on the basis of time spent and range from £30 to £100 per hour depending on the grade of personnel involved. We provide a free initial interview during which it is usually possible to give an estimate of our charges for the work involved.  Whilst it is unlikely that we can provide a precise quotation we will always try to work within the estimate and, where this is not possible, we will explain why and suggest ways of preventing further unwanted fee increases. Our fees are based on detailed time records which can be provided in support of any charges.  For personal tax and accountancy work we raise invoices on completion of the work and our terms of trade require payment to be made within thirty days of invoice.  Charges for any additional work undertaken are raised on a quarterly basis and are provided with a record detailing the time spent. All our charges are subject to VAT.
